best and the worst

The zones anomaly spots losing the ability to snatch up an unwary stalker, shake him about like a rag-doll before killing him(or if you are lucky enough to have enough med kits spitting you out) is a sad loss. At the time it drove me mad, but without it losing such a deadly obstacle is just that, A loss. The addition of new meds such as hercules that temporarily increases strength is one of many good additions. In truth I feel that cop is a very good addition to the series that strengthens an already well expressed gaming experience. Long live the zone.

Extra: One of the best things I forgot to mention is the amazing community of modders who put so much time and effort into creating there own vision of what the zone should be and sharing it with all. They have created some truly awe inspiring interpretations of this amazing world. Gsc are really going to have to go all out with stalker 2 if they want to be a cut above the rest. And if they dont we know who will.

Hmm, I do not thing there is anything horrible about the game. Except for the A.I.

I walk up to this bloodsucker and it just stands there for about 4 seconds (While I was crouching near it) and then it decides "Oh, wait. Is that Degtyrev? Well, I better eat him".

I'm not very far in, but the worst thing I've encountered so far is that one stash in Zaton that Beard gives you as a quest reward which is under a giant rock. You can get in, but not out. How the crap do you a develop a game without no-clip to counteract bugs like this!?!? I also have no idea how a bug like that didn't come up in playtesting.

Also the gun restriction at the barge -- I walked out of the ship and was immediately attacked by a pack of dogs, but I couldn't pull my gun out... lol

Funny to hear about that large rock stash over and over again.
It's easy to get out: Just use low crouch and for the heck of it don't save and load while you're below it as you will get stuck otherwise.

I think the intent of the OP was to ask what is the 'baddest' thing in CoP, meaning (in so-called modern parlance) what is the 'best' thing.

Sadly (for the OP) I was the first to post and am a bit of a grammar nazi. So I intentionally misunderstood and unilaterally decided to make the thread about the worst things.

Maybe if he'd spelled 'baddest' correctly I would have left it alone, but it was just irresistible.

I actually prefer your interpretation.

When I play CS after CoP I hardly miss anything, except CoP letting run through (at least very shallow) water, and maybe CoP's more dangerous bloodsuckers.

The Gunslinger~

Don't confuse what an NPC has in his Inventory ( willing to sell )
with what he may actually be carrying. To see what I mean sell
an NPC a very valuable Artifact, Gauss Gun or something of high
value and when you trade with them again or kill them to loot you
will not see the same item in their Inventory. This is in all 3 Games.
