storm in a fight re fluffy 22

On one occasion I took storm on the initial trip to pripyat (never again) As you say it looks good on paper except damage and when I used it on the hospital gauss task it was useless against monolith fellas for some reason, I ended up losing my whole squad that time

Its a powerful weapon - provided you've upgraded it up to the second tier correctly, to fit your play style. I opt for increased accuracy and recoil, which makes it highly accurate in automatic fire, although the silencer does kill its power a fair bit. I found it easy doing it with the Storm and AP ammo.

The Storm sure does wear out fast, though. I never used it before because I like to use scopes, and the Groza just looks silly with a scope on it. But after reading about it here I decided to give it a shot.

It's pretty powerful, even good at dropping mutants. But after one artifact sweep of Zaton, it had gone from perfect condition to about 60% condition. I think I'll stick with Strelok's Sig or my AN-94.

For me the worst thing about CoP is how much of the maps become permanently empty and unused once they've served their purpose in the plot. There's just no reason to ever return to them.

I don't seem to have trouble with it. I've usually given it about +20% reliability, and only tend to fire in short bursts. It seems quite durable for me, but then again, I don't waste ammo on mutants unless I have too.

I agree 100%. There needs to be something to send you back to a certain area, to do something. Once your done with all the sidequests, there's nothing else to do. Walking through the Zone soon becomes boring with only looting and artifact hunting to do.

That was the main problem with later patches for SoC - they took out the repeating stash messages where messages could be given more than once, multiplying the contents or refreshing an already emptied stash. It became almost pointless returning to Cordon and other places - no respawns of mutants or NPCs in several places and no stashes once they'd been emptied.

Natvac once showed me how to turn it back on again: by the time I got to Pripyat in my next game I'd had some messages a LOT of times - there were 27 G36s and half a ton of ammo in the 'Leader of Freedom' stash, mostly thanks to bandits and mercs in Wild Territory.

I think it would almost certainly be quicker to ask NatVac. I can't remember which forum, section or thread it was on, and it was about 2 years ago on the old, lost ZSG forum.

It was a very simple thing, I think just altering one word in a script file.

But I'll have a go.....

Look in gamedata/scripts.treasure_manager SCRIPT

For this....
