SDK 0.7 not working Win 7 32-bit (LevelEditor.exe caused BREAKPOINT in module)

Hello. I don't know if this is right section to post this, but anyway. Any of development tools wont work. I have installed Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit and done followings. http://sdk.stalker-game.com/en/index.php?title=SDK_on_Windows_7 I still don't think, that problem is there...

This is what I'm getting:

Error Reason:
----------------------------------------
LevelEditor.exe caused BREAKPOINT in module "C:\Windows\system32\KERNELBASE.dll" at 001B:75A0491E, DebugBreak()+2 byte(s)

User Message:

Function : X:\stalker_addon\sources\trunk\xrCore\ELocatorAPI.cpp

Any idea what is causing really the crashing? I could not locate ELocatorAPI.cpp on my computer. I have also reinstalled SDK few times. (Btw I don't have X: drive.) Other editors doesnt work either.
