Anyone Know Anything About This?

Within Anomaly (or any overhaul mod for that matter) -

Does anyone know why all of the UI icons are scaled up in size (in-game) from their source image? Does anyone know which Config file would deal with this?

Why are these images scaled to almost twice their actual size? It's make them look terrible. I want to scale them down to their true size.

Bonus Question!

In maingame.xml config file, lines 21 through 27, you can set the X and Y coordinates of where the icon appears, but how is this working?

For example... indicator_overweight (line 25) is obviously the icon for being over-encumbered. But how does it know what image file to pull from? What is linking this line to the Textures_Descr config?

In ui_actor_hint_wnd.xml (lines 78 through 81) you can see where the specific X and Y coordinates and boundaries are for the Overweight icon on this image file.

But the texture id is ui_ingame2_circle_overweight.So...what is linking the maingame.xml icon section to the texture callouts in ui_actor_hint_wnd? How does it know what image to draw?
