Differences in AI behaviour between SoC and CoP?

Hey, it has been a while since I have posted here. But since I finally got to my second playthrough of Call of Pripyat I started noticing some oddities in AI behaviour. Well, to me they seem odd since I simply know SoC much better than CoP.

1. Fleshes seem to be more aggressive than in SoC, but I think this change had already occured in CS.

2. Blind Dogs don't run away anymore after some members of the pack have been killed. I'm not sure about this one, but it at least seems to be harder to make them run away.

3. Zombies are far more accurate than in SoC, but again, I'm pretty sure that this change did already happen in CS.

These are the most obvious changes. Other than that I haven't been able to really get a good look at how Stalkers engage mutants. In Vanilla SoC they aren't allowed to engage mutants before they are quite close, which could often look quite silly. Maybe I'm just imagining it, but I think I remember one or two engagements where Stalker reacted to mutants once they were in sight range. In SoC they were basically forbidden from doing anything even though they could technically see them (due to much higher eye_range).
