CoC 1.4.22 - AO 3.1 / Outfit Addon 1.4.7 / Fast Travel v 1.5 / Better NV / Sell Damaged Weapons / Stashes from SoC & CS for 1.4.22. Ready to leave the Marshes with my Loot, I forgot to take my Companions. This actually turned out okay as I needed to pick up the other Loot I had left behind in the Cordon and this gave me a chance to grab the two promised weapons for the crew at the Pump Station.

After delivering them the weapons, and making sure I got activated stashes through reloads, I prompted my Companions to join me in Rostok. There I unloaded various loot like mutants parts, artifacts, ammo and other items and I looted two activated stashes in Rostok too. Notice how the entire Duty squad at the southern checkpoint has been wiped out.

Next I made a quick Fast Travel jump to the Merc Camp in the Agroprom Train Tunnel. Again I had to reload my manual save to get the stingy Mercenary to give me an activated stash. With only a single task left on my PDA ( other than the X-Labs ) I tried to see if I could jump directly to the the Truck Cemetery, but the Fast Travel icon could not be accessed because the PDA job was right on top of it. I looked over all my choices to jump to in the Zone and could not decide quickly so I ended the recording.

CoC 1.4.22 - AO 3.1 / Outfit Addon 1.4.7 / Fast Travel v 1.5 / Better NV / Sell Damaged Weapons / Stashes from SoC & CS for 1.4.22. This video picks right up where I left off, at the Merc Camp in the Agroprom Train Tunnel. As I was indecisive before where to go next, I decided to take care of that single ordinary task on my PDA by a "Revenge Kill" in the Truck Cemetery. While there I had several activated stashes to loot.

This video actually ran longer but when I jumped back to Rostok, my Game either froze or was taking too long to load ( too many large stashes ) so I had to force it closed. This resulted in a shorter video. I've now decided to re-start that last shown scenario and spend longer in the Truck Cemetery for a Part 2 that I haven't created yet.

CoC 1.4.22 - AO 3.1 / Outfit Addon 1.4.7 / Fast Travel v 1.5 / Better NV / Sell Damaged Weapons / Stashes from SoC & CS for 1.4.22. At the main base where my Companions are parked and with a squad of Loners to protect them, I decided to enjoy the Truck Cemetery at it's fullest with artifact hunting, mutant removal and some Faction interaction with Bandits, Military and Monolith. It's the last group I met that rewarded me with a very nice prize for my troubles. The Truck Cemetery has been good to me this trip.

CoC 1.4.22 - AO 3.1 / Outfit Addon 1.4.7 / Fast Travel v 1.5 / Better NV / Sell Damaged Weapons / Stashes from SoC & CS for 1.4.22. Back at the Truck Cemetery main camp. This is where I make my main stash inside the trailer, collect used weapons inside the main building that has the tower to guard the perimeter.

From there I responded to gunfire that turned out to be a lone Monolith shooting dogs. South-east of that I found a lone Monolith in the mid-east tower. From there going cross country to a Bandit Camp in the south-west corner. Fast Travel a couple of times here and there. A quick visit to an Anomaly field for an artifact. Back to the same Bandit Camp and then I return to my main camp for an Emission and fog, where things ended.

A Psi Storm hits and I decide to gather all my high-end loot ( no weapons ) and make a quick jump alone to the Marshes Church ( one of the few inside shelter places I can jump to during a storm ) to clear the Revenge Kill task from my PDA.

Back to the Truck Cemetery to grab my Companions and then Fast Travel to Rostok to unload my loot ( artifacts, mutants parts, etc. ) and then armor repair. My Game actually crashed when I tried to take my Companions to the Dark Valley and the video got corrupted when this happens. Luckily it has a repair feature but that means it chops off some of the ending, meaning half of my time doing things in Rostok was lost. No big deal since it was all maintenance and stash sorting. Next video should be the Dark Valley.

Hi folks!

Tejas, i see that you virtually live in the CoC reality, are you volunteering to test Clear Sky storyline in CoC (1.5b r7)? I included you in the story as an easter egg, but i bet you can't find yourself, it's very hard to find.

You just may have given me the excuse I needed to jump to CoC 1.5. I have a friend that has been keeping me informed over time, and the one feature I'm most intrigued about has been the wide variety of backpacks. However the fixed task and reward system ( no reloads for variables ) has been an obstacle in my mind, especially in times where my current Game of 1.4.22 has yet to give me a Svarog Detector after nearly 80 days.

What do you mean by Clear Sky storyline? Do I have to play as Clear Sky only to see myself included in the Game? Are they still enemies to Freedom, which is the big downside to being in that Faction? What does the 1.5b mean? Is r7 the 7th release version? How long has that been out? I'm definitely interested.

As you can see, after years of playing CoC without additional Mods, I finally added some. Believe it or not, the main reason was I tried the Anomaly Mod. I didn't really like it because every time I looted someone I had 70 kg of junk gun parts and armor pieces. I was constantly overloaded and I hated the multifaceted artifact container system. I would die of radiation when looting, not realizing I had grabbed something deadly and didn't have the means to contain it.

However there were enough additional new features ( to me ) that I discovered that I went back to CoC and found additional Mods to try to add to CoC all the things that I liked about Anomaly. The only one I couldn't get was the backpacks and I realized shortly that those came from CoC 1.5 and I would have to upgrade if I ever wanted to see that feature. While Anomaly is the most popular Mod on Facebook currently, I'm still the biggest fan of CoC, which I consider the best Stalker Mod ever.

Tell me more about this Clear Sky storyline in CoC (1.5b r7) please.

It's the 2nd Stalker games complete storyline. The full story of Scar is ported to CoC, including not-fetch side quests. You wake up on Marsh and disable Strelok on Stancia2, you can do every CS mission between these events.

From the Truck Cemetery, I had a Loner wanting some Flesh meat that escaped to the Dark Valley. After my brief Rostok weapon selling and loot dumping, it was off to the Dark Valley. I arrived and parked my Companions at the Loner Base in the south, where I found my man for the reward.

As was my usual routine in the Dark Valley, I traveled north meeting both Bandits and mutants on my way to the far north-west corner where I preferred to attack the bandit Base from. Lots of sloppy sniper shooting. This is what happens when you have plenty of ammo and little patience. I didn't make it inside the Bandit Base on my first trip as I was overloaded with loot from Bandits outside the gate and the surrounding countryside.

Using Fast Travel, I made it back in time for a Psi Storm and then I was off again as it got dark and I turned the night vision on. This time I found the back entrance undefended and crept inside to finish the occupants inside, being careful not to kill the unarmed Bandit Trader. I found some Bandits inside the building across the street and then grabbed some high end artifacts at the large fuel tanks. I killed the last Bandit in an Exoskeleton that normally served as the front guard from behind. From there a jump back to my Loner Base in the south. Total of 20 Bandits killed this trip ( those that had patches ) and assorted mutants.
