Can someone send me some bullets?
---END QUOTATION---

Sure.

Just stand still.

Do you have a particular calibre in mind?

Which weapon should I use to send them to you?

Ha!

M134?

That's the 'minigun' isn't it?

I once used that on the bandits around the entrance to Agroprom Underground in a SoC mod.

I came at them from close to the wall and wasn't seen.

One bandit standing in front of me. I had the crosshairs on his chest and fired a two-second burst.

I hit the trees, the bushes, the grass, the fence, even buildings in the compound.

The only thing I didn't hit was the bloody bandit.

He pulled out a pussy-pistol and scratched my armour. So I chucked the useless 'minicrap' back into my backpack and let my Vintorez eat the bandit and his friends.

Firing that thing it is more likely you'll shoot yourself than anything you're 'aiming' at.

I have said it of certain cars, bikes and computer components. Now I say it about the M134 in Stalker games - it is a piece of shit, useless and not worth the pixels it is printed on.

Unless there were 5,000 mutants coming at you at one time in a small area. Then it might actually hit something.

But it will probably be a Dutyer in another map and you'll just gain several hundred new enemies for your trouble.

PS - I don't like the M134.

Simple lower the fire_dispersion value in the weapon file to 0.0002 or somewhat, to have point blank accuracy
The real thing is quite accurate given the circumstances^^
And never forget the fact that NO human being would be able to fire the thing freehanded anyway.

I quite agree that even Vasily Alexeev couldn't handle such a beast. But the odd Stalker mod lets you try.

But it wasn't 'point blank' accuracy I was looking for.

I just wanted it to hit SOMETHING.

That bandit was a good 20 metres away.

Had he been at 'point blank' range, ie standing with his chest pressed against the business end of my weapon, I still think the bloody thing would have missed. It is utterly useless in Stalker and could only be considered a cross between a very expensive Guy Fawkes night firework and an extremely clumsy Russian roulette tool.

@Steelyglint
Well, I agree that the thing sprays quite a lot, i was able to hit what i wanted though. Just keep firing But its a waste of ammo after all.

@angrydog
I was somehow aware that someone would give this example

http://world.guns.ru/machine/minigun-e.htm
The last passage contains info regarding this special example.

Yeah man, those are awesome

The funny thing about Miniguns is that they sound like a guy who has some really bad diarrhea
