Patch 1.5.05 details!

We inform you that at the moment are being actively work on a patch 1.5.05. Already corrected the following errors:

To let you know, right this moment, work is in progress with patch 1.5.05, list is incomplete,
but following changes have already implemented.

-- Corrected crash (smart_terrain.script: 227: attempt to index local 'obj' (a nil value))
-- Corrected crash (smart_terrain.script: 1003: attempt to index field '?' (A nil value))
-- Corrected crash (sim_combat.script: 950: attempt to index a nil value)
-- Corrected crash (sim_board.script: 688: attempt to index local 'obj' (a nil value))
-- Corrected crash (smart_terrain.script: 288: attempt to call method 'clear_smart_terrain' (a nil value))
-- Corrected crash (bind_monster.script: 72: attempt to index field '?' (A nil value))
-- Corrected crash (xr_effects.script: 1607: attempt to index field '?' (A nil value))
-- Corrected crash (! [LUA] [ERROR] ERROR: There is no task with entity_id)
-- Corrected crash (! [LUA] [ERROR] ERROR: error. Val_smart_terrain_5_0_freedom_antenna)

These various are crash fixes!

-- A small rebalans trade and luta - little rebalance in trading and looting.

-- Corrected the situation when a player leaves the zone tutoriala (first incursions into Bogs) - correction to situation,
when player abandons tutorial mission in swamps.

-- Corrected issuing awards for entry into factions - price payment fix, when (after?) Joining the faction.

-- Corrected award for the destruction of bases factions - fixed price payment, for completing a mission, when not
belonging to a faction

-- Corrected crash during a dialogue with hostile technician - crash fixed, when? Talking "to a technician

-- The possibility to upgrade GP37 technicians from Liberty and Banditov - Added the possibility to upgrade
gp37 in bandit and freedom faction

-- Corrected bug in the system of relations stalkers - Bug fixed in stalkers attitude

-- Bug fixes, when the conductor did not want to keep the player at the Cordon. (This is due to the fact that sometimes avtoseyv not retain all the data, and once downloading such seyv game becomes impassable) - fixed bug, when conductor did'nt take
player to the cordon, happened because auto-save did not save all the information and after loading it, game would
become uncompletable

Is that it? Or are there more fixes to be announced nearer the time?

Reading through these i'm amazed hardly any of them deal with whats being reported on the 'official bug thread', and appear mostly like game tweaks. Is "Corrected issuing awards for entry into factions" really deemed a critical issue?
Some people can't even play the game, surely those problems should be addressed first?

(Personal pitch here) - Does the game do anything to address peoples problems with sun shadows, and not being able to see fences/camoflage? https://www.gsc-game.com/index.php?t=community&s=forums&s_game_type=xr2&thm_page=1&thm_id=16450&sec_id=19

Will the patch mean that previous save games will be incompatible again?

I hope this new patch will also include some optimization for DX10 mode, but hey at least Clear Sky runs better than Crysis: Warhead ROFL!!! "optimized" my @ss Crytek. Think they just changed the names of the graphics levels to confuse people. Hmmm am I a gamer? I think I am, I'll use gamer setting. Anyway couldplay Crysis at 1200 x 800 all settings high 7 on very high after the 1.2 patch. WTF happened? It doesn't look any better in Warhead. ok enough ranting... I will leave Warhead for a few more patches. Back to Clear Sky.

I see a lot of bugs that isn't in that list, hopefully that isn't the final one or the next patch will not make CS any more stable/bug free.

Some patch changes render the previous saves problematic, so they make them incompatible. They don't want to having spend twice as long on the patch just to make sure it can take your old saves.

Game isn't all that long, and playing through from scratch is fun, try new gameplay styles and weapons....

I also thought that it was inevitable if a patch or mod contains script changes that it will render previous save games unusable.
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
