That means you made a mistake in one of the Alife Ltx's and it cant compile again due to a error in the code, somehwere along the line you have merger something wrong, and you need to do small increments doing all.spawn work.

If you havent done it before you may find it frustrating, but if you keep trying you will get it.

Jamie, take a look at Xiani's Freeplay Start mod of you haven't already... just so that you don't waste time trying to create something that you can steal

I'm referring to open zone, no storyline and the looting NPCs.

Yep, ive seen it, but not sure its what i want exactly, id rather make my own, that why, i know how it all works off the bat so to speak, and i can easily modify things, without having to strip his freeplay mod and so forth.

Maybe i just like doing things the odd way.

Anyway i redid the actor spawn so that you spawn in Bar, with a small amount of supplys, and i will probably ask PLR if its cool if i can merge in his Weapons pack, to make things a bit more Realistic Ballistic wise.

Have to say I'm enjoying this. One of the most stable mods I've played, so far. No CtDs or FPS drops, though it's a bit odd to find myself with a 'Viper 5' again.
Unlike others, I've not seen anything too unusual yet. But there's time.

@jamie: is the "how a faction" advances randomized upon each game-start ?

so that you one game see monolith totally invasive towards all zones, in another game they're just holing north, but zombies everywhere ? and its never the same how the factions progress and make war to eachother (relations) ?

i definitly need to play this. the "total faction wars" beta from smog2 for CS was so much fun too.. glad you did something for SoC like that

keep up the good work. and yes, the AMK looting and advanced AI packs optionally would be very nice

Yes as you can tell, Vintar and Grunt have quite excessive amounts of action going on early in there game, whilst Snorkbait, has quite a toned down one, all changes over time, so for example, after awhile Vintars or Grunts game might tone down for awhile, and then pick up again, whilst Snorkbaits might pick up and stay exessivly active, or again it might die down again, each game is diffrent and randomises over the course of the game.

These faction wars go on online and offline? Wouldn't they by a chance screw up the main story if a group moves into an area idled for you next mission to activate a script? If they die then the script breaks?

Or does it take full bloom after freeplay starts?

I suppose some main characters might get killed and render the story line null and void, but I dont know if this mod is all about the story.

I could be totally wrong though.

Someone said something about freeplay, I didnt kno it was a part of the mod!!!
