SECRETS of ARTIFACTS REVEALED:

I don't think this is a Bug. It makes too much sense but because
People are so use to having an Artifact on their Belt for HEALTH,
BLEEDING and ENDURANCE that you only rotated the other two Slots.
I really think this was intended because they match the Anomalies.
How else could you go and grab ALL the Artifacts that are here
without this specific Artifact Combination I'm wearing on my BELT:

I tried the four pellicles in the wild territory. Works great!!

I also tried four springs. In the springboard the suit regenerates, but in the vortex anomaly (the one that tosses you around horizontally) not the suit but my health seemed to be regenerated. Pretty strange.

I haven't yet tried the 4 batteries as I don't have them yet. The pellicles work fine for me. I simply keep 4 of them in the buried save next to the building where the fruit punch anomaly is in.
I got over 600.000 rubbles now that I don't have to keep buying exo's.

SECRETS of ARTIFACTS REVEALED:

Test Results confirmed by me to neutralize all ZONE Anomalies:
All these Artifacts work with a minimum of 4 but faster Suit Regeneration with 5.

Battery Artifact: Burn-
neutralize the Burner Anomaly with Suit Regeneration.

Battery Artifact: Electric Shock-
neutralize the Electro Anomaly with Suit Regeneration.

Pellicle Artifact: Chemical Burn-
neutralize the Fruit Punch & Burnt Fuzz Anomalies with Suit Regeneration.

Spring Artifact: Impact-
neutralize the Vortex, Whirlygig & Springboard Anomalies with Suit Regeneration.

All the above show up as 120% ( 4 Artifacts ) or 150% ( 5 Artifacts ) in
each of the applied categories in your Suit stats when equipped on your Belt.

The following multiples work very well but do not display as over 100%:

Crystal & Urchin Artifacts: Radiation Protection.
Should be 4 at 120% or 5 at 150% but does not display as such.
Provides complete and excellent protection except for some extreme hot spots.

Kolobok Artifact: Rupture - I have 4 that gives 20% more protection and
combined with an Exoskeleton gives 100% protection against Mutant attack:
Bloodsuckers, Pseudodogs, Dogs, Snorks, Flesh, Boars, etc. as long as you keep regenerating your Suit you can keep taking on any hordes of creatures anywhere.

Mama's Beads: Bulletproof Protection- I only have 3 of them that is 15%
combined but again with an Exoskeleton you can boost the Suit's 60% to 75%
Bulletproof Protection which is the highest obtainable I have found in the ZONE.

I try to carry all the above Artifacts on me at all times ( usually just the Crystal
over the Urchin since it causes less bleeding ) including the basic three of:

Health: Soul
Bleeding: Mica
Endurance:Moonlight

I have not done any testing on any of the other 16 Artifacts
not mentioned of the total of 27. Since their Protection numbers
are too low to multiply over 100%... they are really worthless but I
believe each of the Traders have special combined deals to trade multiples
of 4 to 5 specific Artifacts to reward you with specific rare & special ZONE Suits.

All this information applies to Unmodded S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

Why MOD when you too can unlock the SECRETS of the ARTIFACTS?

Further Testing in the Field reveals drastically different times for
Suit Regeneration to take place depending on the Anomaly encountered:

Pellicle Artifact: Chemical Burn-
Fastest time in the Fruit Punch Anomaly but those are mainly underground.

Battery Artifact: Electric Shock-
2nd quickest time and easier to find the Electro Anomaly in all areas of the Zone.

Battery Artifact: Burn-
Somewhat slow and not very commonplace to find the Burner Anomaly in the Zone.

Spring Artifact: Impact-
Very slow and difficult as the forces of the Vortex, Whirlygig &
Springboard Anomalies
will still thrash you about with it taking
the longest time for any of these Impact related Anomalies.

Hey TS I find the battery burn artifact works great and fast if you have five and stand in a regular camp fire it regenerates health and suit. They are all over the zone. I am now using Fang's exo and have 5 battery (burn). I am like a tank now, just for fun I wiped out the whole bar area. barely used a health pack.

P.S I have been reading the special edition book and I believe that the battery (burn) was actually called shell, I wonder why it was changed?
