I broke all of the doors.
I am somehow unable to open or close doors by pressing the assigned key (F), but I have to push and fondle with them to make them open and sometimes that's impossible due to space limitations. Doors broke once I bumped and knocked down the empty gas canister in front of Sidorovich's door, gas canister blocked the door from being fully open, I left the area and once I came back there was no Press (F) to open door message at the doors, then I went on checking if other doors can be opened and the answer led me to here, I would appreciate any help regarding this issue. |

This often happens with modded SoC due to delays in script processing, but in vanilla it typically happens because a quicksave occurred while a save was loading, during the synchronizing phase. So some logic wasn't completely initialized for the doors on a level.
ZRP has a few ways to deal with this problem. The simplest way is to use the ZRP's debug mode to teleport through the broken doors (Esc D F after enabling debug mode; see the docs), and it will complete door-related tasks for those doors in Dark Valley which have game-progression logic. It works with vanilla saves, if you are playing vanilla.

While you can teleport into Sid's bunker and then turn around and push the door open so that you can prop it open, you can also actually repair that door and any other broken doors so that they function normally again. You can even remove them completely (useful if a scientist blocks a bunker door) and optionally put them back.
