I'd suggest also trying leg shots. I've met a lot of bandits who can shrug off multiple SVD shots to the torso but drop with one hit to the thigh.

They're infinitely worse in CS and CoP - devs couldn't be arsed to actually line them up with the point of aim, for some reason.

I think I should have been specific - when I said "Can you change the zoom", I didn't mean with a scope. I already knew you could do that. I actually meant the zoom level of the gun when in iron sights mode, to make it not so close to your face, because iron sights are useless as it is now with that zoom level.

The scope_zoom_factor parameter applies to iron sights as well as optics. A weapon which can mount a scope can, for instance, have a zoom factor of 50 for iron sights, which the attached scope will override with a zoom factor of, say, 15.

One rather unintuitive consequence of this system is that weapons with permanently attached scopes, like the Sniper LR-300, will use the basic zoom setting and not the zoom setting of whatever scope is specified.

NatVac! Remeber the what happens with Petruha&co. After the first battle they move inside the carpark. Then, every time we approach at switch distance some bandits, and maybe a soldier, spawns right in the middle of him and his friends.

The same happens with the bridge dwellers, that move in at the other side of the park, abandoning the living in the middle of the nature for indoor accomodation . Bandits spawn right at the firebin ruining the sweet-home atmosphere .

If it is possible, I would suggest a simple freezing of the incoming parties, at a certain distance from the centre of the camp, until actor arrives at switch-on limit. This way the conflicts would seem more "natural"; the parts will have some probability to discover and engage each other.

Ah, thanks. I didn't know that - I saw the '_scope_zoom' bit and thought it must only apply to scopes. I will have to go in and have a bit on an experiment.

There is one fix that could be made for next ZRP. All the character icons in the game are teared due the corrupted alpha channel. There was a fix mod (sloppy icons fix, one of the first mods), but surprisingly not a single mod pack I know included this fix. I did a search, but I didn't found that mod anymore, but it should be pretty easy to fix.
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
