[REL] Dynamic Shaders

Due to the naming change of my shader mod I decided to create a new thread.

Old discussion thread:
https://www.gsc-game.com/index.php?t=community&s=forums&s_game_type=xr&thm_page=1&thm_id=21054&sec_id=16

Version 1.1 Beta is now available for download.

New download thread:
https://www.gsc-game.com/index.php?t=community&s=forums&s_game_type=xr&thm_page=1&thm_id=21342&sec_id=17

Moddb mod page (description, screenshots, videos, downloads):
http://www.moddb.com/mods/dynamic-shaders

Please post your comments and questions either here or on moddb.

Enjoy!

Thank you so much for such a mod!

I am trying to install with the mod OGSE and his last translation.
Installation is very simple actually! Just to add a line in the script.Cool!

I wait to see that!

You are really genius modders!

Thank you again

No problem, glad you like it

First quick fix:

If (and only if) you're experiencing a weird looking over-bloomy image like this:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/26574229/Images/Photos/XR_3DA%202012-02-24%2018-13-16-64.png

try copying the file bloom_filter.ps in the shaders/r2 folder from version 1.02 to this version. That should help. Thanks to Derranged for pointing out this possible issue.

Wow strange and ...beautiful effects!

What is this mod?

No I don't see this for the moment.

I try to reconfigure my user.ltx well.

It's seems -IS- fantastic!!
This mod will become a must.

Do you thing it would work with TT2 under 1.004 ?

Thank's a lot.

That's just how it looked in Derranged's case. Maybe with his mod. However, the bloomy light effect comes from my modified bloom filter in conjunction with certain user.ltx settings - I believe.

Uhm, sorry for the noobish question but what do you mean by TT2? Must have missed that abbreviation...

Also, for those who didn't see them yet, check out some newer images:
www.moddb.com/mods/dynamic-shaders/images

and videos:
www.moddb.com/mods/dynamic-shaders/videos

However note that some of them are not part of release 1.1!

@olivius74: Ah ok, thanks for the explanation

Well, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work in those mods. The previous version has already been used or at least successfully tested in several mod projects including OGSE and some russian mods.

However I know that some mods require merging since they introduce some shaders which are not part of my mod - but in most cases that's not much more than just copying over the missing files.

Try that script (don't necessarily use the ShaderSettings, just the script):

http://rghost.net/36693688

Hope this helps.

EDIT:
My last post was addressed to olivius74...

EDIT2:
Guys with vanilla scope textures (no gnomus or similar) should take the ShaderSettings.txt from the above mini patch.

Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
