Okay, I'm convinced. Just one thing: are there Tushkanos? And if there are did you add in your finest piece of work ever - the boot option?

It really is the most satisfying result from a bit of code that I've ever seen. I'm still like a little kid with a new toy whenever I hear their little ratty growls. I now actively seek them out and try my best to kick them into something interesting, like a gravitational anomoly.

On the subject of Tushkanos, I recently got attacked by some whilst doing something in my inventory. So I climbed on some concrete blocks and carried on sorting out my gear. While doing that I accidentally dropped a grenade. It rolled off the edge of the concrete block and hit a Tushkano on the head - killed it instantly. Apparently you don't even need to pull the pin!

Is SUSAT Mera in your mod?
If yes, could you fix it, so that it doesn't start with infinite zoom every time you use it?

One thing I really miss from the older stalker games are the PDA functions. It seems to have had its features stripped down with each new game. It's superfluous, but I always enjoyed working my way up the ranks, and I read that a lot of players liked hunting down the top stalkers for fun. Is it possible to port that sort of stuff to work in SCoC or will the CoP engine not allow it?

Most PDA stuff was hardcoded into the later games in the series. We have source code now but nothing like this is planned. The rank system won't work very well with how cop is designed. Stalkers only exist in squads and are usually a mix of random ranks. If you like hunting stalkers down there are a few tasks in the mod that you can do as many times as you like.

No plans on future features after the initial release.

It looks like CoC will be released any day now (according to moddb page). Would anyone be interested in making an audio/visuals addon? After having played David E.'s excellent CoP mod merges, it would be a letdown going back to vanilla CoP sound and visuals again.

I don't have the know-how to do this myself, also considering this mod uses levels from all three STALKER games + extra unofficial build levels...

A mod merge with visual upgrades (textures, shaders, animations, models, particles etc.) and audio upgrades (music, sound fx) using available mods out there, that would be amazing. Anyone up to task? David E. maybe?

OWR 3 addon will be released with CoC. And you can add AN2 and AN3 lite versions on top of CoC with no problems.
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
