The claim that Version 1.0.2 is released, it contains the Jupiter Underground Crash [Fix] seems to be a fabrication. The crash still occurs!

That is not a weather-related crashed. It has to do with NPC/mutant squad management. Once in a while I get that exact crash when a Chernobyl Dog dies while it has doubles out. Even in vanilla. It's as though the game doesn't always quite know what to do with the doubles once their source is gone. They are supposed to just disappear, but it doesn't always seem to work.

You may have to go back to an earlier save and hope that the same set of circumstances don't happen again.

Perhaps I am pushing the envelope by asking for more help but would anyone know what causes the following:

! cannot find special danger animations for object with visual actors\stalker_neutral\stalker_neutral_nauchniy_face_1

! cannot find special danger animations for object with visual actors\stalker_soldier\stalker_soldier_1_face_1

It is weird, the above occurred while in Pripyat, Sokolov just stands there and bleeds while Vano just stands idle. Neither NPCs respond.

Okay, I'm using this mod and have not had any crashes while using it but it is running pretty slow for me. I get about 20 FPS normally, though sometimes in Zaton it'll get as high as 40. I'm using an i5 760 and a Radeon HD 5870 and I would think I'd be able to run it well :/ .

Edit: Uninstalled it to see how it runs vanilla. I was getting about 80 FPS with no mods. That's... quite a drop.

Maybe, but on GTX295 I've got around 80-90 FPS in vanilla and 70-80 with AtmosFear 3 (Complete weather has AF2.1 incorporated). So the draw distance is not the case here. FPS drop could be caused by poor script optimisation. Vide SGM mod where no matter how low the graphics setting were set I couldn't get more than 12-15FPS.

Hi! I'm new. Come here for make two questions.

- Complete mod changes weapon textures? I think no, and vanilla textures are... ugly. Any recomendation of weapon texture pack for COP?

- I saw Atmosfear 3 its ireleased. The included in complete mod is version 2, correct? There are any way to update only atmosfear 3 without affecting the rest of the mod (causing bugs, etc)?

I've got a problem: hopefully someone can help.

I first off have really been enjoying the game. I installed the Mod about half way through my initial run of Zanton. I carried on and traveled to Jupiter using Pilot. When I arrived in Jupiter, I basically had a 2 minute or so segment where 2 stalkers just stood there and moved a little (I later found out the stalkers were Pilot and Nitro). I heard no dialogue.

I now cannot speak with either of them. I can see their names when I cursor over them at the appropriate distance, yet their names are yellow and I cannot interact with them. This is frustrating, because I cannot return to Zanton. I hear that Nitro is important, so this bug might be fairly serious for my continuation on this save. I don't really wanna start over. Any advice.

It also seems I am not the only person to experience this, as evidenced by this unresolved thread on steam support forums:

I am using the steam version. The mod and game itself should be up to date.

EDIT:

Radeon HD 4850 1 gb
4 gb ram
AMD Phenom 2 940 Black Edition ( 3 Ghz Quad Core)
Samsung Spinpoint F3

I don't think it's system related. I play more demanding games than this.
