HELP What is this bug?

Im stuck in cordon and I couldn't go to garbage
I just started playing a month ago and because of this bug I can't even continue playing

No, I haven't patched it to 1.5.10 yet I only patched it to 1.5.04
And I installed actor.ltx?or whatever it's called mod. |

This is a known bug with the earlier patches, level changes can become broken. I presume it crashes when you try and go into garbage? There is no solution, except to go back to an earlier save and hope it works (not often), or start a new game, in which case, you'll should fully patch the game. Also, most mods for Clear Sky are starting to be based around 1.5.10, and older mods (1.5.04 and up) are usually compatible, sometimes with a bit of tweaking to correct any bugs that are in it due to the version differences.
actor.ltx is a config file, so I presume you've installed a weight mod?

Each CTD pushes the release date back, each feature which doesn't implement properly pushes the release date back as well. Patience is the key. Work steadily, and you shall reach your goal much faster.
