Stash & Trader Door Explained with other tidbits of Information

Hey guys, I've seen lots of threads containing that the trader's door is strangly shut when you visit sometimes, but gladly I'm here to tell you it CAN be reopened or prevented from ever getting shut. To open the door you run (sprint) into the door over and over till it opens just a crack. You then procede to jump on the boxes next to the door on the right and run into that crack and then straif left. If you don't open on the first try, jump ontop of the boxes and repeat until its open. To prevent it from opening jump on the boxes I spoke of earlier and keep jumping until at least one falls off the pile, then push it into the door to act as a door stop, and volia! no more shut door! Now I also saw alot of questions on how stashes work, and I also can anwser that question. First off when you loot some corpses you learn of stash locations and THIS IS HOW THEY GET REFRESHED. It's very rare and very far between that you will find a stash with items if you don't know about it on the map. When you have that 3 downward purple arrows inside a circle symbol (which from here on I will refer to as the stash symbol) this means a stash location is ready to be looted. You can also re-loot the same stash ONLY if you do the following (1- learn its location off a body, 2- loot the stash, 3- relearn the stashes location off another body). I do not know if learning about a stash location multiple times before claiming it will actually queue up multiple instances of the stash, The only one I have had a type of thing happen with is the one ontop of the military station under the train, I keep looting the stash above on the train bed for the thorn artifact (total of 3 now) and the symbol stays, the rest go away when I loot.

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Now for some tidbits of random information I've collected first the Chunk of Meat quest, you'll find the artifact in the Garbage area past the vehicle scrapyard in the forest there (you'll know your there when you see a couple of artifacts guarded by 6-7 vortex anomolies) and the meat artifact is under a tree nearby. BTW it IS possible to grab all the artifacts from those anomolies, but the one I'll strongly advise NOT to get is the one in the WAAAAAY back, I spent hours trying and sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't, but the trek back never seems to work (somthing about the trees blocking me from getting sucked into the anomoly but not helping when I head back).

For people who want some good armour early on there are 3 types. 1- the bandit armour that has metal plates or somthing in it, however this is a quest item and normally i just give it away to the quest guy (this guy can be found at the factory, he's the guy you have to save in the first quest). 2- regular bandit armour can be found 2 ways, one is in the large building to the right of the road heading toward the military checkpoint under the broken train, specifically the building with the dead body of a bandit in it, you loot the corpse and look for a corner of that building with 4-5 boxes and one gas can ontop, then blow the gas can with a greanade or something (sadly bullets took way too long to blow it up, but one knife stab makes it blow up on a timer, Always found that strange.) and there will be a bandit armour in the crate underneath the rubble of box parts. 2b- You can also find that armour in the stash called *Things of the stalker that died in the anomoly* (I'm NOT sure of the exact wording but its similar to this title) This stash is by a locomotive by the rightside of the traintracks when viewed on the map, once you head to the FARMOST rightside of the tracks make sure you are on the southern side of the tracks, and you'll see a locomotive with an artifact on top, with multiple anomolies (forgot their names) guarding it, there will be a stalker bag on the ground close to the locomotive with a bandit armour inside. 3- Now this one I completey forgot how I got, but somewhere in the first area you can find a regular jacket that was worn by a stalker who died in the fruit punch anolomy (thats the discription anyway) and the only bonus is instead more more defence like the bandit armours, this one only provides a regen bonus instead.

*phew* we'll I'll make sure to keep you guys up-to-date on anything else I find out, but I hope this stuff helps out, also sorry for the spelling
