so i cant use dynamic lightning beacuse my 9700 has a directx9a support meanwhile the xray engine uses directx9c, i know i would get low performance but its been buging me
where is the logic in that

Its not the Direct x version
its the pixel shader version that limits you from activating the option
your card has 2.0, HDR needs 3.0

Actually, it is not the pixel shader version, but this is not imporant. Suffice to say, that family of cards won't run the DirectX 9 renderer.
