Saving/Loading - Alert AI bug

I have a bug in my game where if I save the game (through both menu or quicksave) when enemies are near. Say I come up behind a couple of enemies and they are facing the other way, I press quicksave, and continue on my way, thinking of ways to kill them. If I reload that save, the enemies will automatically know I am there and will even be facing my way instead of how they were before I saved.

I can replicate this bug anytime I save near enemies.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah it happens here too. Apparantly the game doesn't "turn back time" with the alertness AI. I had a problem with this in the research institute where have to sneak(or shoot) your way in to take the documents for the barkeep. If I had triggered the alarm, and loaded, the alarm would still be going and the enemies alerted.
