in freeplay do i have to go through the cave level again in order to talk to Sidorovic (anyone actually)?

Can controllers zombify nearby npc stalkers your mod? I don't remember it being in there in the regular NS mod.

NEW PATCH 1_0_6

The new patch will be the first actual BETA release of The Collector, this is a major re-write of portions of AMK which allows us to fully control game start. All attempts at keeping game saves compatible has been done, it should still obey your settings from the modders script, but that is what we want to test.

You DO NOT have to use this patch if you do not want to test the new Collector and re-written AMK mod.

I will put a small download of the meshes and textures that are on the fix list for those who DON'T want to try a major change.

The new patch will put The Collector as a start button under Master.

I will try to answer the questions here as best I can, remember, you can email me at STALKERSOUP@tecnobacon.com and get faster answers AND suggestions, requests and bugs get auto-sorted and quickly added to our task lists.

Fox task not updating

I did fox task to collect parcel from prapor but the task doesn't update, so the task can't be completed. Is there any solution to correct this?

Also i can't find the folder where this game is actually saving the progress even though i searched through all the files. Can somebody please point me to the location?

Are you using your fsgame.ltx or STALKERSOUP?
Please, it would be better to email me, then I can give you a solution without posting cheats.

this one depends on several things in this version, your COP creature settings in the modders script, your present rank and location. Hellhour option MUST be on as well.

Zombification exists in some areas by touch or taking certain items from them even without Hellhour.

Go to your gameplay folder to tasks_new line 35. Arhra is misspelled. Should be arhara.

I meant controllers zombifying nearby NPC stalkers, not the pc. In regular AMK, if i recall correctly, controllers could zombify stalkers that we friendly to you and make them attack you...

Friendlies can be zombified by controllers and zombies. Ive seen both
happening at the barrier in army warehouses. In both cases the boss of
the barrier platoon got zombified. But i think thats a rare situation.
The script for the monolith attack pinpoint the boss at a certain location.
If, before the monolith-attack happens, a blowout occures he returns to
hes position and stays there. But new monsters have spawned and
depending on their abbilitys they attack the defenders.
If the timing is right and the defenders are busy fighting the monolith
it can happen that they got zombified by zombies attacking them from
behind. Which results in utter chaos and a nearly unkillable boss that
than is an enemy.
Ive also seen a controller zombifieing the rest of the barrier platoon
after the monolith attack.
I think the flaw is that the defenders are getting to less replacements.
In normal stalker its not necessary,cause you only go this way one
time. But in mods where you criss-cross the zone and use this way
multiple times it becomes obvious. If the barrier defenders are reduced
to three or four they will be overrun by monsters or zombified in the
long run.
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
