Not sure this is a right place, but... I can provide a detailed and complete descriptions of many stalker formats, such as .ogf (all versions), .omf, .object, .skl/.skls, .bones, .dm etc. The knowledge is based on reverse-engineering, but verified in practice - maya import plugin and a full level decompiler (not a subject for a public release at the time, sorry). The problem is that this is a waste of time to do this kind of work just in case. Is there anybody in English-speaking community who may be _seriously_ interested in such thing (e.g. has the _real_ intention to implement the blender/whatever import/export plugin)?

Well, simple static-only .object import/export plugin (suitable for mapping work) should not be a time-consuming task. .object is heavily inspired by LWO and the import code is very straighforward. The export is similar, just some work on sg building code (if blender does not use sg internally).

I personally don't see much of a point in adding static objects to the game unless you can interact with them like animating your player to jump over them etc, otherwise you just make static objects with your level and texture them accordingly.
Importing a static object is EXACTLY the same as importing a level.

I am seriously interested. And pretty much everyone else here should be, too. Shame on you! *wagging finger*

Too bad I lack the mad skillz required for the job. Maybe I'll look into it anyways. I mean, how hard can it be, right.

Added an Ltx include map to the wiki:

http://sdk.stalker-game.com/en/index.php/Ltx_includes

Just a small thing I needed for my own use that might be useful for others.

addition to wiki?

you should check my message in the "How to mod Stalker (most questions answered)" thread. In it i suggest that certian files, starting with actor.ltx, should have all the important lines of code have descriptions of what they do, i've also added threads to this topic in filefront forums & value5games forum, neither have recieved any responses. I hope someday to actually understand what lines in the config are "really" doing

Updating Wiki

I would be up for actually adding the accumulated knowledge to the wiki so there IS a central place to learn everything instead of digging through thread XYZ on page 82. However, I am concerned that I'll be labeled a thief for putting up knowledge that I know because someone else also found this out. Do copyright policies really apply to well known facts about how to edit a suit and what functions you edit to make it do what?
