Hi Oleg, I do have a few Ideas, I dont know if you mean for new types of games, or Ideas for current releases, so I have both.

Firstly congrats GSC on American conquest , That game is outstanding, and excellent work on the A.I. Its a good feeling when you play an A.I. that causes me to abuse them for there evil tactics, especially on very hard

I would have to say the detail is awesome, and I have a few Ideas, maybe you are already of these suggestions from other players, but I hope that these will come soon,

1. I would like to see the front rows of formations kneel when they are on stand ground.

2. I would like to see units be able to actually torch buildings.

And now I have an Idea for a new game. Keeping with your theme of epic realtime stragety, have you guys thought of tackling, say the bore war. you could have several types of different countries depicted in this game, even the Australians. The reason I think that this falls into your niche, is becouse of the vast use of cavelry and and formations of bayonet rifles, and the opportunity of conquring a new continent.

P.S. Ok another Idea for you to get into the Asian market aswell. The Opium Wars

Great job on American Conquest there is just so much detail and thought put in this game that I commend you, I have found the gameplay smooth ,intuitive as well as addictive and I have played alot of games. Yours really stands out. I have a possible idea for Cossacks 2 also, perhaps include higher ranking officers like Colonels and Generals to build for commanding larger extended group formations for combat and maneuvering. ie. they command the current officers and their companies into battalions, regiments, and brigades.

Hello. I am new on the forum here and I must admit that I haven`t heard for the game before (but I should since I am considered as a Chernobyl fan). I have shown the game to some o my friends and they were amazed at the idea of a "Chernobyl game" and to the layout as well (the best graphics ever seen). So we are actually hardly waiting for it to come.

I have a suggestion. There were rumors going around that several pepople have seen some anomalities before the accident happened. Nobody really knew what they meant with that but as they described what they saw (a blackbird foggy creature) everybody who watched MOTHMAN knew what they meant. Pople reported that they have seen a huge bat creature with red eyes.

You can seen it here: [link]http://www.prairieghosts.com/mothman3.jpg[/link]

I copied that from the site of MOTHMAN:

Chernobyl

In April 1986 a rumor was running the ranks of workers at a power plant in southern Ukraine. Almost a dozen different men and women had reported seeing unsettling and strangely similar things. Some had been having nightmares, some received threatening phone calls. At least 4 had actually seen the creature that everyone kept talking about - a huge dark man, headless, but with massive wings and glowing red eyes. That particular morning, however, rumors would have to wait. A routine test of Reactor 4 was scheduled to prepare for the event of a power loss. Officials were apparently worried about some disaster happening at the plant, having received several mysterious warnings, especially in the most recent few days. They wanted to be prepared for anything. Reactor 4 was known to be unstable at low power levels and when it went on generator power on the morning of April 26, 1986 the Chernobyl nuclear power plant exploded. 30 people were killed that morning, 10 more as a result of radiation exposure. The graphite of the reactor burned for 9 days - doing most of the radioactive damage to the area. And as helicopters circled, dropping 500 tons of sand, clay, lead and other chemicals on the fire, the surviving workers watched in disbelief as a huge 20 foot black bird circled in the smoke of the fire.

I suggest to put this creature in the game because that would make it scarrier. Y

Boer War

I really like Stoma's idea. It sounds very interesting.

My suggestion is maybe to go back to the Middle Ages where there were Castles, trebechets, knights, and even gun powder when it was first appearing in wars. I think your style in making RTS games is perfect for this time period.

Maybe you can also revisit the Americans and make a game more focused on the Aztecs and Maya. It can be fun seeing what you come up with.

Leaving RTS games, how about making a RPG game that involves the cossacks? Maybe you can have it in the setting of the cossacks but not actually go historically accurate on it. A possible game engine could be something like the one Orge Battle or Final Fantasy Tactics had back on Playstation 1.

In-game voice communications

Hey, I'm fairly new to the forums...Well...really new hehe. Anywho, heres my idea:

I was thinking of having an in game voice communication system, sort of like Counter-strike, but with a bit more options. Also, to add a cool effect, maybe have an effect filter, so it sounds like you're talking into a radio comlink. Maybe for the "bit more options", have like a team voice chat, certain channels, or maybe even directly to a specific person. Only problem is, it might cause a little lag, but I don't think that'll be a problem. Just a thought.

"REAL" battlefields for Cossacks II

Hello,

Spoken about wishes? Well, it sounds rather as a dream to me..., and I 'm sure it will for you too
So. I 'm very inn into mapmaking. It 's one of my main interests. And my DREAM is to get involved to the mapmaking area of Cossacks II! What means: Can I get in contact with some artists or even mission designers who are involved to C.II? Got some names here: D. and A. Zenin, A. and S. Zavolokin, A. Lazar... I 'd like to show them my mapmaking-approaches and some results... For the moment there are Austerlitz.1805, Eylau.1807, Talavera.1809 and Waterloo.1815. Many will follow...
I hope this sounds not too ambitious, though I can understand that some will experience it that way. I only want to take my chance before even the add-on of C.II will appear!
So, who can help me, please do it! Bring me in contact with the right person who do understand my request and aim.

Anyone who is interested in my creations (accurate topographical and geographical Cossacks battlefields) can leave a message at warthurwater@hotmail.com. I 'll send some pictures, and probably (in a later stadium) the (multi-player) battle too.

regards,

WarthurWater ([HWK]Warthur)
