That part wasn't too hard once I realized that you're supposed to follow your team up the hill. From there I used the mounted machine gun until it ran out of ammo, then I hid behind the friendly NPCs.
The flying mission was much harder to me, I'm not used to flying mechanics (not to mention dog fights), but it became easier once I raised mouse sensitivity to 100%.
A solid game, that I suspect Crysis 1 borrowed a lot from. ---END QUOTATION---
Glad you liked it mate, it is a very intense and immersive game and although very frustrating at times its a hell of a lot of fun to play and the medals and collectables give it replay value too.
I too didn't initially realize you had to go back up the hill either lol. once i blew the bunker i ran back down to the other bunker where you came from . getting back to your team on that hill from there was a real challenge. Flying stage was a pain i agree.
Is anyone else using GOG Connect with their Steam & GOG accounts?
If not and you own both a Steam & a GOG account it's worth doing, Another 29 games have been added to the Connect list so I booted up GOG and pressed search, I got another 19 games that are on my Steam account added to GOG so I now own them on both GOG & Steam.
It's not just old games either, Today they added
Telltales The Walking Dead: A new Frontier (season 3),
Telltales The Walking Dead: Michonne (Mini-series),
& 14 others.
In future when you want a game you can check if it's on the Connect list and if it is buy it on Steam and then update GOG to get it on both platforms.
I'm not sure if you can still get the ones from the previous list or just those in the current list but either way you're getting free GOG games so it's worth doing and keeping an eye out for when a new batch is added so you can add the ones you have on Steam to your GOG account.
Important: Your GOG account can only be connected to one Steam account and vice versa, You won't be allowed to unlink them and link either to a different account.
