Ha! someone else who's read that. I've tried to get my friends to read it, but they refused. It really is a short history of nearly everything - from the universes creation to current day. Can't cover more than that.

Check your local charity shop. That thing turns up regularly. There are a few other similar titles, too. A lot of them published by cooker and oven manufacturers.
